Originally from Flinders Island in Tasmania, Scott is now based in Launceston, with regular trips throughout the year to our Gold Coast office.
When not behind his desk, Scott enjoys the Tasmanian wilderness with his Wife Elle and young son.

Charlie joins us after four years as an Accountant in the Agricultural Business Services.
He understands small business first hand, also running his own Sporting and Workwear Apparel Company and Pickleball facilities in Tasmania.
A born and raised Tasmanian, Charlie works with Scott and Dilshan from our Launceston office.

Monica brings experience across accounting and advisory, having previously worked at MWM Advisory and Curio Financial before joining 8 Collective in December 2025.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Monica supports Sarah in our Gold Coast office, working in particular across our bookkeeping services.
Originally from Batam, Indonesia, Monica moved to Australia to study and completed her Bachelor of Accounting at CQUniversity in Brisbane.
Outside of work, Monica finds there’s something therapeutic about cooking a great meal or mowing the lawn to get it looking just right, that helps her switch off!

Dilshan brings a fresh perspective to 8 Collective, joining the team in March 2026 after gaining experience through a range of customer service roles.
Originally from Punjab, India, Dilshan moved to Australia in early 2023 and has called Launceston home ever since. She completed her Master of Professional Accounting at the University of Tasmania, graduating in late 2024.
Outside of work, Dilshan loves watching movies and spending time with friends
She’s also a passionate sports fan, cheering on Real Madrid in La Liga and Kings XI Punjab in the IPL.

Micha joins us with extensive customer service expertise. Originally from the tourism and hospitality industry, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and current accreditation’s in lending, Mischa started her career after University in a variety of 5-star hotels including QT Sydney.
With an English Mum and Palestinian Father, Micha was born in England and spent her younger childhood in the USA, before moving to New Zealand when she was 10 years old.
Micha returned home during Covid and worked at the Inland Revenue Department as part of the Covid Campaign Team.
Most recently at the National Australia Bank NAB as Customer Service Officer, Micha brings dedication and a further customer first approach to our team.
